Build the system before the pieces
I adapted the event identity into a visual language spanning the website, emails, presentations, signage and partner environments.

Case study 01 · Enterprise event ecosystem · Australia
One connected experience across web, email, partner spaces and the venue.
I translated the SYNNEX Alliance identity into a WordPress platform, automated communications and a coordinated family of physical touchpoints.

Overview
SYNNEX Alliance marked the return of a major in-person technology event in Australia. It needed to reconnect attendees and partners while giving participating vendors a cohesive presence.
The website shaped the pre-event journey; registration and automated emails kept people informed; sponsor tools supported preparation; and the visual language extended into the venue.

Selected experience
The strongest part of Alliance was the continuity between every touchpoint. The following selection shows how the public experience, sponsor operations, communications and large-format production worked as one system.
01 · Public event website
I designed and built the public WordPress experience to bring the event story, dates, venues, agenda, speakers, features and partner visibility into one responsive branded journey.

02 · Protected sponsor portal
The gated WordPress portal organised deadlines, handbooks, exhibitor packages, floor plans, delivery requirements and production contacts so sponsors could prepare without chasing information across disconnected files.

03 · Email & automation
Registration data connected to an ActiveCampaign journey, allowing confirmation and reminder communications to support the attendee at the right stage while preserving the event's visual language.
PlatformActiveCampaign automation + responsive EDM design
The attendee journey began with the event registration experience.
ActiveCampaign delivered an automated confirmation with consistent event information.
Scheduled communications reinforced dates, logistics and the next action before the event.
The digital journey carried the same hierarchy and visual language into the venue.
04 · Large-format event production
I prepared production-ready large-format artwork for registration, partner booths and feature environments, adapting the Alliance system to different brands, dimensions and venue requirements.

The challenge
Attendees needed a simple path from discovery to arrival, while sponsors needed a separate information and asset workflow. Internal teams and production partners also needed designs that could move quickly across formats.
The system had to absorb changing content, partner requirements and production constraints without losing clarity.
Key design decisions
I adapted the event identity into a visual language spanning the website, emails, presentations, signage and partner environments.
The public WordPress site supported event discovery and registration; the gated portal organised sponsor participation.
Confirmation and reminder communications became a connected ActiveCampaign journey, not an afterthought.
I translated the campaign into stage graphics, registration, booths, decks, lanyards and print collateral, then supported it on site.
Cross-functional collaboration
I worked with Australian marketing teams, project managers, vendors and production partners to adapt requirements, prepare final artwork and respond to tight deadlines.
Outcome
A public WordPress event website and password-protected sponsor portal.
Registration-connected confirmation and reminder communications through ActiveCampaign.
A digital exhibitor handbook, sponsor kit and production guidance system.
Production-ready design across registration, partner booths, feature walls, stage assets and print collateral.
